TheColoSite builds and provisions custom cabinet, cage, and suite configurations to match each customer's specific needs. The "Custom Build" program enables customers to specify and receive the precise space, power, and security features they need to meet their exact network plans.

All non-fiber cross-connects are guaranteed to be completed in 2 business days; fiber cross-connects are guaranteed to be completed in 5 business days. Any cross-connect that is not completed within this timeframe is free! Our cross-connects do not have monthly fees.

The members of our management team are veterans of the Dallas telecommunications landscape. We have long-standing relationships with many carriers, and maintain a carrier-neutral environment, enabling our customers and carriers to choose and implement partnerships quickly. The carriers listed below are colocated in our facility, while many others have access less than 200 feet via our existing conduits between the carrier area and the public right of way. Many carriers lease fiber from these carriers. If your preferred carrier is not currently available, The Colo Site will work with that carrier to gain access independently, or through another carrier's dark fiber. Our strong working relationships with customers and carriers result in a win-win environment for all parties.
